Conversations on Culture Framework

  • CoC framework changed my life. I went from an unemployed young person to someone that now has a successful consulting practice in healthcare and a wonderful family.

  • Mark mentored me for the past several years as I transitioned from contract worker to valued employee. Gave me a career and taught me so many things you never learn in college.

  • My relationship with my parents was failing. I was making extremely poor choices. I knew I needed a different direction. A few difficult conversations later everything started changing. He even challenged my parents. I have a new framework for better choices.

  • My parents divorced. I hated everything. I stayed in my room pretending to play drums. For some reason I went to summer camp. I met Mr. Mark. He listened, he let me play in the band. I kept coming back to camp.

  • You can tell Mark lives what he shares. He doesn’t lecture. It’s a conversation. He really wants you to do well. His advice changed my life and helped me settle down. For me, it was meeting his family.

  • I’ve known Mr. Mark since 5th grade. In 5th grade he was quiet and got beat up a lot. Something changed in 6th grade. He stood up against bullies like me. Both of us somehow survived. I’d do anything for him!
